Just  an  up date : the Cardiologist  as of  june 23 stopped the  8mgs of  Warafin started  the Xarelto @0600pm as agreed ,also  known as Rivaroxaban. No more  Blood  tests to monitor Vitamin K , as this  new  med  doesn't  rely  on  the  precursor Vitamin k in the  coagulation cascade for  clotting  but pre Factor Xa, ok.
