update for self
Just an up date : the Cardiologist as of june 23 stopped the 8mgs of Warafin started the Xarelto @0600pm as agreed ,also known as Rivaroxaban. No more Blood tests to monitor Vitamin K , as this new med doesn't rely on the precursor Vitamin k in the coagulation cascade for clotting but pre Factor Xa, ok.

We as sapient beings delude ourselves in my humble opinion,
I am not all knowing or even know alot but are vetted to know only certain info.

In the present culture popular all info is what some else has decide to put in our line of sight not what is true but what can help form a commonality,say, abasis for a target advertising campaign.
